Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz) package cheese tortellini, cooked and drained
- 2 cups store-bought or homemade Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter (for greasing the dish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil or butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Alfredo sauce, heavy cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Gently toss cooked tortellini in the sauce mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread the tortellini and sauce mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Top with 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden.
- Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes to achieve a crispy, golden top.
- Let the casserole cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.

- Use fresh or frozen tortellini but cook it al dente before assembling.
