Creamy Tortellini Alfredo Casserole is rich, cheesy, and baked to golden perfection! A quick, comforting dinner the whole family will love.


Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz) package cheese tortellini, cooked and drained
  • 2 cups store-bought or homemade Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter (for greasing the dish)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil or butter.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Alfredo sauce, heavy cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Gently toss cooked tortellini in the sauce mixture until evenly coated.
  • Spread the tortellini and sauce mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  • Top with 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden.
  • Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes to achieve a crispy, golden top.
  • Let the casserole cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
