Description

Rosemary & Feta Christmas Tree Crackers are a festive and flavorful appetizer made with buttery puff pastry, tangy feta cheese, fragrant rosemary, and sun-dried tomatoes. Perfect for holiday parties or cozy family gatherings, these crispy, golden bites are quick and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry (rolled out and cut into tree shapes)
  • Feta cheese, crumbled
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • Olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into Christmas tree shapes using a cookie cutter or knife.
  • Place the pastry shapes on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle each tree with crumbled feta cheese, then top with a rosemary sprig and chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Lightly brush the tops with olive oil using a pastry brush.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving. Arrange on a platter for a festive presentation.

Notes

  • Keep the puff pastry cold before assembling to ensure the best texture.
  • These crackers can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
  • For a spicier kick, sprinkle with chili flakes before baking.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes.
