Description

Sausage Egg and Cheese Breakfast Roll-Ups are a quick and hearty morning option perfect for busy mornings. Soft scrambled eggs, savory sausage, and melted cheddar cheese are wrapped in buttery crescent roll dough, creating a satisfying breakfast treat the whole family will love. Customize them with different fillings and cheeses to suit your tastes!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
  • 4 large eggs, scrambled
  • 4 breakfast sausage links, cooked and sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter (for scrambling eggs)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Eggs
In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the eggs, season with salt and pepper, and cook until softly scrambled. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Crescent Rolls
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  3. Add Fillings
Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs on the wide end of each crescent triangle. Add a few slices of sausage and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the eggs.
  4. Roll and Bake
Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the tip, carefully sealing the fillings inside. Place each roll-up on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the roll-ups are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  6. Serve
Enjoy warm, fresh out of the oven! These breakfast roll-ups are perfect on their own or paired with your favorite dipping sauce.
