Ingredients

1 (16.5 oz) tube chocolate chip cookie dough (or homemade)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 large egg
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
1 cup mini marshmallows
-
½ cup chocolate chunks (or chips)

½ cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
1. Prep the Skillet

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10-inch cast-iron skillet or oven-safe dish.

Press cookie dough evenly into the skillet (bottom and slightly up the sides).
2. Make the Cheesecake Layer

Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth (~2 mins).

Pour over cookie dough and spread evenly.
3. Add Toppings

Sprinkle chocolate chunks, then marshmallows, and finally crushed graham crackers.

Optional: Add extra marshmallows on top for extra gooeyness.
4. Bake

Bake 25-30 minutes until edges are golden and center is slightly jiggly.

For toasted marshmallows: Broil 1-2 minutes (watch closely!).
5. Serve

Let cool 10 minutes (it’ll firm up slightly).
