A gooey, decadent mashup of chocolate chip cookies, creamy cheesecake, and classic s’mores flavors—all baked in one skillet for maximum indulgence! Perfect for sharing (or not).

 


Ingredients

  • 1 (16.5 oz) tube chocolate chip cookie dough (or homemade)

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

  • ½ cup chocolate chunks (or chips)

  • ½ cup crushed graham crackers

 


Instructions

1. Prep the Skillet

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10-inch cast-iron skillet or oven-safe dish.

  2. Press cookie dough evenly into the skillet (bottom and slightly up the sides).

2. Make the Cheesecake Layer

  1. Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth (~2 mins).

  2. Pour over cookie dough and spread evenly.

3. Add Toppings

  1. Sprinkle chocolate chunks, then marshmallows, and finally crushed graham crackers.

  2. Optional: Add extra marshmallows on top for extra gooeyness.

4. Bake

  1. Bake 25-30 minutes until edges are golden and center is slightly jiggly.

  2. For toasted marshmallows: Broil 1-2 minutes (watch closely!).

5. Serve

  1. Let cool 10 minutes (it’ll firm up slightly).

  2. Scoop warm and serve with ice cream or extra chocolate drizzle!
