Description
   4-6 frozen burritos (beef, bean, or your favorite variety)
   1 can enchilada sauce (10 oz, red or green)
   1 package Mexican or Spanish rice (about 1.5 cups cooked)
   8 oz shredded cheddar cheese (or a Mexican blend)
   Optional Toppings:
       Sour cream
       Diced tomatoes
       Sliced green onions
       Chopped cilantro
       Sliced jalapeños
       Guacamole

Instructions
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Preheat & Prep
   Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
   Cook the Mexican or Spanish rice according to the package directions.
2. Layer the Rice
   Spread the cooked rice evenly in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
3. Add the Burritos
   Place the frozen burritos on top of the rice in a single layer.
4. Pour the Enchilada Sauce
   Pour the enchilada sauce evenly over the burritos, making sure they’re fully covered.
5. Bake
   Bake uncovered at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
6. Add the Cheese
   Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
   Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Add Toppings & Serve
   Let the dish cool for 5 minutes, then add your favorite toppings (sour cream, diced tomatoes, green onions, etc.).
   Serve immediately and enjoy!
