Instructions

  • Mix Dry Ingredients: Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Combine Wet Ingredients: Whisk melted butter, sour cream, and egg in a separate bowl.
  • Mix and Fold: Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in diced apples.
  • Pour and Top: Pour batter into the loaf pan. Mix 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon; sprinkle over batter.
