Instructions

  • In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, mashed bananas, milk, and vanilla.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring until combined.
  • Pour batter into prepared loaf pan, and sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mix on top.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
