- ¼ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, mashed bananas, milk, and vanilla.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring until combined.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan, and sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mix on top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
