- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese (grated or string cheese)
- 1 can large Ripe Olives, whole, pitted
Instructions

- Grate the mozzarella cheese into long strips (or peel string cheese).
- Place the bagel crisps on a baking sheet and spread about 1 tablespoon of sauce onto each.
- Arrange the cheese on top in a spider web pattern.

- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
- Let cool for a minute, then serve and enjoy!
Notes
- For a gluten-free option, swap the bagel crisps for gluten-free crackers.
- Customize with your favorite toppings, like pepperoni or veggies.
- Use string cheese if you’re having trouble making the web with grated mozzarella.
