Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fruit: Hull the strawberries and chop them into smaller pieces. Slice the banana.
  2. Blend: Combine the strawberries, banana, and yogurt in a blender. Add honey if using. Blend until smooth.
  3. Mold: Pour the mixture into a silicone mold or ice cube tray. Tap to remove air bubbles.
  4. Freeze: Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
