  • 1 (8 oz) tub sugar-free Cool Whip (thawed)

  • 1 (0.3 oz) packet sugar-free Jello (any flavor—strawberry, lemon, or cheesecake work great!)

(Optional: Fresh berries, sugar-free chocolate chips, or crushed nuts for topping


Instructions

1. Mix

  1. In a bowl, gently fold the Jello powder into the thawed Cool Whip until fully combined.

2. Freeze

  1. Transfer to a freezer-safe container or individual cups.

  2. Freeze for 1 hour for a soft-serve texture, or 2+ hours for firmer “ice cream.”

3. Serve
