Cheesecake Mixture:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream

Fruit Layer:

  • 1 cup fresh peaches, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

Crust Setup:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (162°C).
  2. Mix biscuit crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.

Cheesecake Base:

  1. Blend cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, then fold in sour cream.

Fruity Creation:
