Ingredients
2 cups sushi rice (cooked according to package directions and cooled)
8 oz imitation crab (shredded)
1/4 cup mayonnaise (or more to taste)
1 avocado (sliced)
1/2 cucumber (thinly sliced or diced)
1/2 cup French fried onions (for crunch)
1/4 cup yum yum sauce (or more for drizzling)

Instructions
1. Cook & Cool the Rice
Cook the sushi rice according to the package directions. Let it cool completely before assembling the cake.
2. Prepare the Crab Mixture
In a bowl, shred the imitation crab and mix it with the mayonnaise until well combined.
3. Layer the Rice
In a casserole dish or large baking dish, spread the cooled sushi rice evenly across the bottom.
