Ingredients
Scale
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk, divided
- 6 oz white chocolate chips
- 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons Christmas sprinkles, plus extra for topping
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips with half of the sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring after each, until smooth. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and stir to combine. Spread this mixture evenly in the prepared pan.
- In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips with the remaining sweetened condensed milk in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth. Add the remaining 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix well. Fold in the Christmas sprinkles.
- Gently spread the white chocolate mixture over the semi-sweet chocolate layer in the pan. Sprinkle additional Christmas sprinkles on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm. Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper, cut into squares, and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of sea salt to the semi-sweet chocolate layer.
- For a festive twist, swap in crushed candy canes for sprinkles, or add a few drops of peppermint extract to the white chocolate layer.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks or freeze for up to 2 months.
