1 tsp baking powder

Ganache:
300 g dark chocolate, finely chopped
270 ml vegan double cream alternative (e.g., Elmlea Plant Double Cream)
1 Tbsp golden syrup (or maple syrup)
Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Start by heating your oven to 175°C (350°F). Prepare a 9-inch cake pan by greasing it and lining with parchment paper.
Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine red wine, sugar, oil, vanilla extract, vinegar, and orange zest.
