- 8 oz wheel of brie cheese
- 1 large pear, sliced
- 1 large apple, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the sliced pear, apple, and fresh cranberries on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and fresh thyme leaves.
- Roast the fruits for 20–25 minutes, or until softened and lightly caramelized.
- While the fruits roast, place the brie wheel on a small oven-safe dish or baking pan. Bake in the oven for 8–10 minutes, until soft and just beginning to ooze.
- Remove both the roasted fruits and brie from the oven. Transfer the brie to a serving platter and top it with the roasted fruits.
- Drizzle generously with honey and garnish with extra thyme leaves. Serve warm with crusty bread or crackers for dipping.
