This Warm Brie with Roasted Holiday Fruits is the ultimate holiday appetizer! Creamy brie cheese is topped with sweet pears, apples, tart cranberries, and a drizzle of honey. The perfect balance of flavors and textures, it’s simple to make and always a crowd-pleaser. Serve it with crusty bread or crackers for an indulgent treat that’s ready in under 40 minutes!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz wheel of brie cheese
  • 1 large pear, sliced
  • 1 large apple, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the sliced pear, apple, and fresh cranberries on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and fresh thyme leaves.
  3. Roast the fruits for 20–25 minutes, or until softened and lightly caramelized.
  4. While the fruits roast, place the brie wheel on a small oven-safe dish or baking pan. Bake in the oven for 8–10 minutes, until soft and just beginning to ooze.
  5. Remove both the roasted fruits and brie from the oven. Transfer the brie to a serving platter and top it with the roasted fruits.
  6. Drizzle generously with honey and garnish with extra thyme leaves. Serve warm with crusty bread or crackers for dipping.
