INGREDIENTS FOR CHOCOLATE MINT ICE CREAM– Heavy Whipping Cream – Cocoa Powder – Sweetened Condensed Milk – Vanilla Extract – Andes Mints

HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE MINT ICE CREAMIn a large bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream and cocoa powder.
