1Mix up the miso and seasonings to flavor the broth. Add the miso mixture to the broth and heat just before serving.
2Blanch the spinach and squeeze out excess water. Add the soy sauce, mirin, and sesame oil and toss to mix.
3Cook and drain the noodles you plan to use.
4Saute sliced mushrooms with garlic.
5Toss tofu cubes with cornstarch.
6Cook in coconut oil until both sides are golden brown.
7Bake in preheated 400°F oven for 20 minutes. Turn them over halfway through the cooking time and brush the top side with a bit of oil.
