step 1Dry the salmon with paper towels and set aside. Make the glaze by blending the ingredients in a food processor.
step 2Marinate the salmon in the fridge. Reserve some of the peach mixture.
step 3Cook the salmon on the skillet until 2/3 opaque. Flip the salmon and cook until about 130 F internally.
step 4Spoon the remainder of the peach glaze on top of the salmon.
Serve warm and enjoy!
