Homemade Lebanese 7 Spices
Lebanese seven spices, aka sabaa baharat, is made with black pepper, white pepper, allspice, cloves, nutmeg, cumin, and cinnamon.
Lebanese seven spices is a spice blend used in many Lebanese dishes like baked kibbeh, Lebanese chicken and rice, kafta skewers, rolled grape leaves, and molokhia.
Buy the individual spices ground. You can also use a spice grinder for whole spices.
