Libby Pumpkin Pie Recipe
ingredients needed to make this pumpkin pie:
click the link below for the full ingredient list– 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs – 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted – ¼ cup granulated sugar – 8 oz cream cheese softened
Use a food processor or blender to blend the graham crackers into fine crumbsMix with melted butter and sugar
Press the crumbs into the bottom & up the sides of the pie plate, making sure to really pack it.Crust goes in the freezer for 2 hours to set.
Mix together the soft cream cheese, 1 tbsp of half & half, and sugar.Fold in the cool whip until combined
Spread this evenly over the bottom of the frozen pie crust.
Whisk pudding mix and 1 cup of half & half together until well blended.Let this mixture stand for 3 minutes
Mix in the can of pumpkin + cinnamon, ginger, and cloves.Spread this evenly over top of the cream cheese layer.
Place pie in the fridge for at least 5 hours to set (overnight is best).serve with whipped cream!
