What you need:baby back pork ribsbrown sugarsea saltgarlic powderpaprikaground black pepperapple cider vinegarwater
1Peel the membranePeel the membrane off the back of the ribs.
2Mix the seasoningsIn a small bowl mix together all of your dry ingredients to make your rub.
3Rub the ribs Massage the dry ingredients on the top layer of your ribs.
4Prepare instant pot Pour apple cider mixture into the bottom of instant pot. Place the trivet inside.
5Place the ribs Place your ribs inside the instant pot.
6Pressure cookClose the lid of the instant pot and close the sealing valve. Set the instant pot to high pressure for 20 minutes.
7Naturally release the pressureOnce done cooking, allow it to naturally release for 15 minutes then open the sealing valve and release the pressure.
8Transfer and coat Remove ribs to a cookie sheet. Add desired amount of barbecue sauce to the top of the ribs over the rub.
9Broil the ribs Broil in the oven for about five minutes, or until barbecue sauce is bubbly.
10Cool and serveAllow the ribs to cool for a couple more minutes, cut into sections, and serve. Enjoy!
