Pimento Cheese SandwichEasy

Another great recipe. I added a heap of your candied jalapeños chopped up in addition to the pimentos as I like a little bit of sweet in pimento cheese. Garlic and Worcestershire

– Gently stir together the cheddar cheeses, cream cheese, pimentos, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, cayenne, salt and pepper in a medium-sized bowl.1

– Fold the mixture gently to combine until uniform. – Taste and adjust for salt and pepper. Add in some hot sauce to your preference.2-3

– Divide the pimento cheese between slices of white bread. Spread evenly, then top with remaining slices.4

– Slice into into triangles or smaller squares and serve.&
