This is the second time i have made this... it is really tasty. This time i had no jalepeno so i upped the cajun seasoning and the hot sauce... just yummy. ~ Linda
– Heat a large pan to medium heat. Add oil with onions, peppers and celery. Cook until softened.1
– Add garlic, chicken and andouille sausage. Cook, stirring often, until chicken is no longer pink and the sausage starts to cook through.2
