Fresh peaches make juicy and delicious upside down peach cake. Or use frozen or canned fruit.
Slice your peaches and layer half of them in a cake pan, covered with melted butter and sugar.
Make a cake batter which includes cream cheese for a moist cake.
Spread half the batter over top of the peaches.
Add the rest of the peaches and then spread on the remaining batter.
Bake the upside down peach cake for 40 minutes.
Flip the upside down cake over onto a serving platter.
