Instructions
- Prepare the Pudding: In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk for 3-4 minutes until smooth. Note that the pudding won’t thicken as much with almond milk or regular milk.
- Cream Together: In a stand mixer, blend the cream cheese with the prepared pudding until well combined. The mixture may look unusual, but it will come together beautifully.
- Fold in the Cool Whip: Gently fold in the cool whip until fully incorporated. Add green food coloring if using cheesecake or vanilla pudding to achieve a spooky green hue.
