A vibrant and refreshing Avocado Mango Salad that blends the creamy richness of avocados with the sweetness of mangoes, zesty lime, and a hint of spice. Perfect as a side dish or light meal, this salad will transport you to a tropical paradise with each bite!

2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and diced

2 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted, and diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Salt and pepper, to taste

Prepare the Ingredients: Peel, pit, and dice the mangoes and avocados. Finely chop the red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.

Mix the Salad: In a large mixing bowl, combine the mangoes, avocados, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.

Add Lime Juice: Drizzle the lime juice over the salad.

Season and Toss: Season with salt and pepper, then gently toss everything together.

Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld. Serve chilled.

Ensure the mangoes and avocados are ripe but firm for the best texture.

Adjust the spice level by adding more or less jalapeño pepper.

This salad is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored for up to 2 days in the fridge.
