Description

Ingredients

Scale

1/2 stick unsalted butter (1/4 cup)

3 cups mini marshmallows

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup heavy cream

3 packets apple cider drink mix (0.74 oz each)

3 cups white chocolate chips

1/2 cup caramel bits or squares

1 1/2 tbsp heavy cream (additional for the caramel)


Instructions

Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add marshmallows, sugar, and heavy cream, stirring until smooth.

Stir in apple cider drink mix.

Add white chocolate chips, stirring until melted and smooth.

Pour into the prepared pan.

In a small pan, melt caramel bits with additional heavy cream, then drizzle over fudge.

Use a knife to swirl caramel into the fudge.

Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours, then cut into squares.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute with vegan marshmallows, coconut cream, and vegan chocolate.

Use a low heat to prevent the chocolate from scorching.
