Description

  • 1 large zucchini, grated
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Grate zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine grated zucchini, flour, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet into a rectangle, about 1/4-inch thick.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and firm.
  • Remove from the oven, cool slightly, and cut into breadsticks. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
