  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
  • 1/4 cup dried fruit (cranberries or raisins)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the oats, applesauce, nuts, dried fruit, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt to the bananas. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
