- Fold in the finely chopped pistachios and dried cranberries.
- Shape dough into small balls, then form wreaths by making a hole in the center of each ball and smoothing the edges. Alternatively, use a wreath-shaped cookie cutter.
- Arrange cookies on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on a wire rack, then decorate with chopped pistachios, cranberries, and a light dusting of powdered sugar.
