  • 2 large chicken breasts (cut into cutlets)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  • Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  • Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Reduce heat to low, pour in heavy cream, and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the chicken. Stir gently and let the sauce thicken.
  • Top the chicken with shredded mozzarella, cover the skillet, and cook for 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot over pasta, rice, or veggies. Enjoy!
