3 cups heavy cream

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 teaspoons salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

Fresh chives, chopped for garnish


Instructions
