Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine pineapple, 1/2 cup water, vinegar, honey, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Bring to a simmer.
  2. Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes or until the pineapple is tender.
  3. In a small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in 2 tablespoons of water and stir into the simmering sauce.
