Description

Get ready to fall in love with every bite of this Valentine’s Day Red Hot Fudge! Crafted with a passionate blend of rich chocolate and a whisper of cinnamon heat, this fudge is perfect for adding a spark to your romantic celebrations. Easy to make and irresistibly delicious, it’s guaranteed to warm the hearts of everyone who tries it.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjustable to taste)
  • Optional: red sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, semisweet and milk chocolate chips, and butter. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper. Adjust the cayenne to suit your taste for spice.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  6. Once set, use the parchment paper to lift the fudge out of the pan. Cut into squares and garnish with red sprinkles if desired.

Notes

  • The key to perfect fudge is slow and low heat to avoid scorching the chocolate.
  • If you prefer a milder flavor, start with less cayenne pepper and add to taste.
  • This fudge can be made ahead and stored, making your Valentine’s Day preparation stress-free!
