  • 1 can (16 oz) refried black beans
  • 1 cup canned whole black beans
  • 10 stand & stuff taco shells
  • 1 ½ cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • Shredded lettuce, pico de gallo & guacamole (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9×13-inch rimmed baking dish and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground turkey until fully cooked and crumbled. Drain any excess grease, if needed.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning until the turkey is well coated. Add the refried black beans and whole black beans to the skillet, and mix until combined. Remove from heat.
